SC orders return of P60-B excess funds to PhilHealth

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court (SC) has unanimously ruled in favor of returning the P60 billion that was transferred from the National Treasury to the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).
