Introducing the concept of "scientific tourism," Science Pinas aligns with DoST's mission to decentralize science, ensuring its bene-fits reach all Filipinos. The program makes science relatable and exciting, featuring tourist spots while showcasing impactful DoST pro-jects, from agricultural advancements to marine conservation.

A key feature is the integration of DOST's Niche Centers in the Regions for R&D (Nicer) program. Among the centers to be high-lighted are the Bamboo R&D Center in Bukidnon, the Garlic R&D Center in Ilocos Norte, and the Pili R&D Center in Albay, all driving local industry growth.

With Science Pinas, DOST reinforces its commitment to #OneDOST4U, making science accessible and transformative. Premiering Feb. 15, 2025, on GTV, it aims to inspire Filipinos to see science as a tool for a sustainable future.
