• Symptoms:  Fever, joint pain, headache, muscle pain, joint swelling, and rash.
• Complications:  Long term joint pain
• Usual onset:  2 to 14 days after exposure
• Duration:  Usually less than a week
• Causes:  Chikungunya virus spread by mosquitoes
