Sebastian’s Ice Cream is bringing back its annual Valentine Ice Cream Collection, with flavors inspired by relationships—or the lack thereof. While the names remain the same, the flavors change each year, except for one.
Matinong Boyfriend 2025 features white wine ice cream made with California white wine, swirled with strawberry sorbet using fresh Benguet strawberries, inspired by the classic pairing of strawberries and white wine. (₱175 per scoop, ₱525 per pint)
Matinong Girlfriend 2025 is an all-banana creation with banana ice cream made from fresh lacatan, mixed with banana cake chunks, crispy banana chips, fresh banana slices, and a banana jam ripple. (₱160 per scoop, ₱480 per pint)
Closure 2025 is a smooth, chunkless tea-based ice cream made with black tea leaves, fresh ginger, lemon, and honey. (₱160 per scoop)
Unresolved Issues 2025 is the one flavor that never changes—a sorbet made with fresh ampalaya and garnished with candied bitter melon, reflecting the never-ending cycle of unresolved issues. (₱100 per scoop)
Sebastian’s is also introducing a new initiative of limited-edition ice cream cakes throughout the year. The first release is the Cookies n’ Creme Ice Cream Cake, featuring layers of black cocoa cake, Oreo milk crumb, cookies and creme ice cream, and crushed Oreo cookies. (₱165 per slice, ₱1,750 for a 9-inch cake)
The Valentine Ice Cream Collection and Cookies n’ Creme Ice Cream Cake will be available starting Feb. 1 at the Podium flagship store (for scoops and slices) and at sebastiansicecream.com (for pints and whole cakes).
