Students who failed to complete their tertiary education due to various reasons but have enough work experience related to their courses will now have a chance to obtain their coveted graduate certificates through the Expanded Tertiary Education, Equivalency and Accreditation Program (Eteeap). In signing the implementing rules and regulations of the Eteeap Act, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. (second from left) highlights that the law would provide a second chance to those who failed to finish their courses by recognizing their experience and expertise.
