Senate adopts resolution protecting Filipinos from extradition risks

MANILA, Philippines – The minority-led resolution to protect Filipinos against extradition without prior local and legal remedies was adopted in the Senate on Tuesday. Senate Resolution No. 307 was introduced on February 18 after minority Sens. Bong Go and Bato dela Rosa were tagged by the International Criminal Court (ICC) as “co-perpetrators” of former President
