Senate under lockdown amid NBI–Dela Rosa altercation

MANILA, Philippines — The Senate was placed under lockdown on Monday, May 11, after the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) allegedly attempted to arrest Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.
