Featuring a lavish selection of regional dishes paired with 12 premium Spanish wines, this event is curated in collaboration with La Peregrina Filipina. From Valencia's sun-soaked coasts to the rustic charm of Castilla y León, the buffet showcases authentic specialties like Paella Valenciana, Zarzuela de Mariscos, and Cocido Madrileño. The evening begins with a Tapas Bar, offering Croquettas, Tortilla Española, Boquerones on Toast, and Grilled Octopus Skewer Shots.
Guests can indulge in a Spanish Oyster Bar featuring Ostras Frescas, Ostras Tomaca, and Ostras con Ajo, alongside a Paella Station presenting Paella Negra, Paella Valenciana, and Paella de Marisco. The Carving Station provides Cochinillo and Pavo al Horno, while classic Spanish mains include Callos con Cetas and Pisto.
