MANILA, Philippines —  Integrated property developer SM Prime Holdings Inc. has expanded its premium residential portfolio with its new Tagaytay Mountain Ridge project.

SM Prime, through leisure residential unit The Highlands Prime Inc., has completed Provence, a residential enclave within Tagaytay Midlands along Lakeside Fairways Drive in Talisay, Batangas.

Provence consists of 119 residential lots, averaging 14 lots per hectare.

Its elevated site offers views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano, with lot sizes ranging from 240 to 451 square meters.
