I've been trying to reload my wifi, but it doesn't seem to be working. Smart also has really whack customer service lol their messenger won't let me connect to a representative because they "can't validate my mobile number at the moment" and asked me to use the Smart app--which isn't working either. Need help to figure this out. I need to use this router for work since our main internet line is down at the moment.
