Soldier killed in Lanao del Sur shooting

COTABATO CITY– An Army corporal was killed after being shot by a still unidentified gunman in Bandara-ingud village in Pagayawan town, Lanao del Sur on Friday morning, Jan. 30. Captain Steffi Salanguit, spokesperson for the Police Regional Office–Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PROBAR), identified the victim as Corporal Raven Bulaclac, also known as Abdul Jaffar, 33, a
