Soldier nabbed for firing rifle outside brother-in-law’s house in Cagayan

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines— A 28-year-old Army corporal was arrested for allegedly firing his high-powered firearm outside his brother-in-law’s house in Barangay Luzon, Claveria, Cagayan, in the early hours of Sunday, June 28, police said. Col. Mardito Angoluan, director of the Cagayan Police Provincial Office, identified the suspect only by his alias, Bugoy, from Calanasan, Apayao.
