Solon: DPWH eyeing water detention facility in Parañaque mall

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is eyeing the construction of a water detention facility at a mall in Parañaque City to mitigate widespread flooding, Parañaque City Rep. Brian Yamsuan said Wednesday. According to Yamsuan, he and DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon discussed plans to build the flood control project at
