Yesterday, April 10, was the second hearing for the “legality” of the ICC arrest of Duterte.

She cited Ambassador Lacanilao in contempt and would have been detained in the Senate, brandishing that the contempt order was already in her hands.

Ambassador Lacanilao was released on the same day by orders of SP Chiz, while Imee whined about it being “expected,” and said Chiz “refused to sign it.”

Chiz clarified the matter na he did not refuse it because he did not even see the document. And then went to burn her about procedures hahaha
