The popular Spanish restaurant in BGC has announced on social media that it's taking a little break "to change direction."
"Exciting things are underway, but for now, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of our journey," La Picara wrote in a note card.
"Your favorite La Picara taras, paellas, and drinks will be available until June 18th," it added, saying "we'd love to serve you one last time."
La Picara opened in April 2019 on the 2nd Floor of One Bonifacio Highstreet Mall and quickly became the buzz of the town. Their inventive take on modern Spanish fare and delicious drinks quickly booked their tables for all seatings available, it became nearly impossible to get a reservation.
La Picara bravely navigated the pandemic before finally deciding to take a little siesta.
