Spending program, revenue code top agenda in first BARMM Cabinet meeting

COTABATO CITY – The preparation of the 2027 expenditure program as well as refinements in a proposed revenue code for the region topped the agenda of the first meeting of the Bangsamoro Cabinet on Friday. Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua presided over the meeting, reminding that “the success of the regular Bangsamoro Government would be measured
