Stone art painting, environment camp mark Ilagan City fest

CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — Using acrylic paints and brushes, 26 high school and college students painted colorful stones during the stone painting contest, one of the simple events in the once-grandiose annual Mammangi Festival in the City of Ilagan on Friday, May 8. The stone artworks showed the city’s landmarks such as churches, natural
