SUN LIFE, with its long-standing commitment to humanitarian aid and disaster relief efforts, responds to the typhoons that recently hit the Philippines with a donation of CA$100,000 to the United Nations Children's Fund (Unicef).

The donation will be used to provide immediate assistance to communities affected by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine and Super Typhoon Leon.

A total of 3,000 water and hygiene kits, along with more than 15,000 education supplies, have been distributed to affected families as well as students and teachers.
