Taiwanese fugitive wanted for theft nabbed in Pasay

MANILA, Philippines — A Taiwanese national wanted for theft in his home country has been arrested and is facing deportation proceedings, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Saturday. According to the BI, 33-year-old Chien Wen-Chieh was arrested last January 28 along Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City. The BI said this is pursuant to the
