FOR startups and scaling businesses in the Philippines, the path to international growth is often blocked by immense hurdles: navigating foreign regulations, finding trustworthy partners and bridging cultural divides. Addressing this critical need, Zero-Ten Park announces the grand opening of its newest co-working space in the Philippines, The Company Makati, on Aug. 1, 2025.
This new workspace of The Company, the third branch in the Philippines, is designed not merely as a collaborative workspace and serviced office for rent in Makati, but also as a proactive business-matching engine, engineered to actively help local startups and small and medium-sized enterprises go global.
A proven engine for cross-border success This model is not a speculative promise; it is a proven system with a track record. The Company's international network has already facilitated ¥50 million in successful expansions for Japanese firms entering the Philippine market in a single year.

It includes strategic client and partner introductions, employer-of-record services, hands-on business registration assistance, and access to a curated network of legal, financial and talent providers. This system is now made available to the Makati innovation community.

A strategic hub designed for connection Located in Frabelle Business Center in Legazpi Village, the 860-square-meter (sqm) hub is designed for founders and businesses expanding in Makati. The core mission is to foster the connections that lead to deals. The space itself is an integral part of this mission, featuring a dynamic mix of private offices for rent, co-working space, meeting rooms and an event venue.
“We built this for the founders who know that the right connection is infinitely more valuable than the perfect desk,” says Joy Garingo-Dela Serna, general manager for The Company Philippines.
Garingo-Dela Serna continues, “Our partnership with local ecosystem builders [such as] Startup Island PH is fundamental. We offer space and integrate our members into a thriving local and global community. We actively facilitate introductions and monitor progress, ensuring we are a true partner in helping our members find their next big client, investor or collaborator.”
Masaki Suguro, CEO of Zeroten Philippines Inc. and COO of its Japanese parent company, Zero-Ten Park Co. Ltd., adds that the expansion into the Philippines is a strategic global move.
Suguro says: “Our success is measured by our members’ success. The Philippines is a dynamic, high-growth market with exceptional talent, and Makati is its epicenter. Whether it’s a Filipino startup looking to penetrate the Japanese market or a global firm looking to build a team in Manila, we provide matchmaking and dedicated support to ensure their objectives are met. We are here to be a long-term growth partner."
Be a pioneer: Special launch offers and grand opening To kick-start its community of innovators, The Company is offering one month free rent for new clients signing a 12-month office lease.
Facility at a glance The new space is located at 11F, Frabelle Business Center, Rada St., Legazpi Village, Makati City. Its floor area spans 9,284.84 square feet (approximately 860 sqm).
