FOR the whole month of February, The Westin Manila offers another culinary special with its partnership with Sheraton Manila's Oori restaurant.
The premium, wellness-focused hotel in Ortigas teams up with Oori's Korean Executive Chef Kibum Park for "A Taste of Korea," bringing authentic Korean cuisine closer to foodies in the central and northern side of Metro Manila.
Available for lunch at Seasonal Tastes on all Thursdays of February 2025, the featured Korean dishes will be included in the buffet lineup, while other highlights will be prepared and served a la minute by the guest chef at the One Dish Wonders live station.
Park also collaborated with The Westin Manila culinary team in creating a Korean-inspired afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge, available daily until Feb. 28, 2025.
"We found Korean food to be a great fit with our commitment to providing a balance of wellness and culinary delight," The Westin Manila Executive Chef Rej Casanova said.

"Korean cuisine is based on the principles of balance, variety and fermentation. The nutritional harmony of vegetables, meats, fish, and grains guarantees complete nutritional intake. When the idea of offering authentic Korean dishes was put to the table, we immediately thought of Chef Kibum Park of Oori," he added.
Oori is the upscale two-concept Korean restaurant of Sheraton Manila, which is another premium hotel managed by Marriott International.
"A Taste of Korea" will only be available at The Westin Manila for a limited time until Feb. 27, 2025.
