Thousands join 2-km walk to open Fiesta Señor celebrations

CEBU CITY–Thousands of devotees joined the penitential “Walk with Jesus” at dawn on Thursday, marking the start of the 461st Fiesta Señor celebrations here. Devotees carried images of the Sto.
