GREAT Place to Work Philippines will honor top organizations at the Best Workplaces in the Philippines 2025 awards on March 27, 2025.
This annual event recognizes companies that excel in workplace culture and employee experience.

This year, 50 companies across small, medium and large categories will be recognized. The 2024 list featured 11 industries, with 2025 set to expand further, reflecting insights from over 750,000 employees nationwide.
Companies are evaluated through Great Place to Work's Trust Index Survey, measuring employee trust, pride and camaraderie. This comprehensive assessment provides actionable insights for organizations to enhance workplace practices.
