Tour of Luzon: Dave Montemayor wins Stage 3 in bunch finish

PALAYAN CITY, Nueva Ecija—Dave Montemayor of Go for Gold Philippines won Stage 3 of the MPTC Tour of Luzon that ended in a bunch finish here Montemayor crossed the line first as part of a nine-man lead pack after the 140.1-kilometer lap that concluded in front of City Hall before a crowd of biking enthusiasts.
