Hi, I had a PLDT internet subscription for 3 years, but I wasn’t able to pay for 2 months back in 2023. I still had 2 months left before my contract officially ended.
I’m planning to settle the unpaid balance this year and would like to apply for a new connection with them. Will they allow the installation, or will my previous unpaid bill affect my application?
Has anyone experienced this before? Would appreciate any insights. Thanks!
