The new Miss Charm is Anna Blanco of Venezuela

MANILA, Philippines — Anna Blanco of Venezuela bested other international delegates to be named the third Miss Charm International winner, receiving the crown from outgoing titleholder Rashmita Rasindran of Malaysia.
Luisa Viktoria Malz of Germany was proclaimed first runner-up and Best in Evening Gown, while Rinandra Aprillya Maharina of Indonesia was announced the second runner-up.
The two remaining finalists were Francia Cortês Sandoval (Mexico) and Naruemon Phimpakdee (Thailand), the latter named Miss A.I. Glow.
The other quarterfinalists who made it to the semifinal round (Top 12) were Maria José Chacón Montaño (Colombia), Mehar Dhingra (India), Maiara Bragaporto (Brazil), Narlin Amaris Ramadhin (Netherlands), Quynh Mai Ngô (Vietnam), Estefania Ibarra (Bolivia), and Keylin Slevin (USA).
Dhingra was also named Best in Swimsuit while Mai Ngô was was named Miss Charm Tourism. Slevin automatically made the semifinals as the People's Choice winner.
Miss Charm Philippines 2024 Cyrille Dominguez Payumo only made it to the first cut of 20. She was, however, proclaimed Best in National Costume later in the competition.

Also making it to the Top 20 were Nasia Delis (Australia), Det Sryneat (Cambodia, who was awarded as Miss Socials), Tamara Castro Monge (Costa Rica), Jiaqi Li (China), Gutiera Timotin (Moldova), Nicole Airem (Puerto Rico), and Jessrina Kaur (Malaysia).
The remaining special award recipients were Lizzy Giannetelli (Italy, named Miss Inspiration) and Julia Luczak (Poland, named Best Face).
Rasindran was among this year's judging panel alongside her predecessor Luma Russo and Miss International 2017 Kevin Liliana, among others.
The Vietnam-based Miss Charm International is a pageant platform that seeks its own cultural ambassador who will espouse educational initiatives, culture, and tourism.
This third edition was hosted by Dustin Phuc Nguyen and last year's first runner-up Alana Deutsher-Moore in Ho Chi Minh City.
