ILOILO CITY — Several areas across the Visayas are expected to experience “danger” level heat index values in the coming days, with some locations nearing extreme thresholds, according to the latest outlook from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). Data released as of 5 p.m. on April 29 show that parts of
