Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia visited Silang Central Elementary School in Silang, Cavite, at 5 a.m. to check on the progress of the window voting for senior citizens, persons with disability (PWDs) and pregnant women.

"The voting results for the senior citizens here in Silang were good because some are farmers and will go to the fields after voting," Garcia said.

"The PWDs and pregnant women were well assisted," he added.

Garcia voted at Banaba Cerca Integrated School in Indang town at 7:30 a.m. before heading to Tagaytay City to observe the situation there.
