VP’s husband questions Marcos order releasing tax records

MANILA, Philippines — The camp of Atty. Manases “Mans” Carpio, husband of Vice President Sara Duterte, on Friday questioned President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s authorization to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) to release their tax records to the Senate impeachment court. Carpio said in a statement that while they respect the Senate impeachment court’s authority
