WALANG PASOK: Class suspensions on Sept. 7, 8

MANILA, Philippines — Monday’s afternoon classes at all levels, both public and private, have been suspended in Valenzuela City. This was announced on Facebook at 2 p.m. as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration placed Valenzuela City on Yellow Rainfall Warning because of the southwest monsoon, or Habagat.
