MANILA, Philippines – In a major procedural development in Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial, the Senate impeachment court voted to sustain Senator-judge Erwin Tulfo’s Sept. 8 motion to reconsider how the two-thirds conviction threshold should be calculated.
