Wind Signal No. 2 remains over Batanes, 2 Northern Luzon areas – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 remained hoisted over Batanes and two other areas in Northern Luzon as Typhoon Inday (international name: Bavi) moved northwestward toward the southern islands of Japan on Friday afternoon, the state weather bureau said.  In its 5 p.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical
