AZ Martinez broke down in tears after reading the letter sent to her by her ex-boyfriend, Larkin Castor.

On Wednesday's episode of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," AZ read the letter after the housemates succeeded in netting the required number of balls for the shooting task.

In the letter, Larkin told AZ that he's proud of her for slowly reaching her dreams and that he has been watching her journey inside the PBB house.

"I'm really sorry that I haven't been the best partner to you. To be honest with you, the distance between has been really difficult din for me. Pero I'm not letting it stop me from holding on to our promises. Lagi kong pinanghahawakan natin 'yung napag-usapan natin before you went in," he said.

"I want you to know that I haven't given up waiting for you not because you asked but because gusto ko din maintindihan lahat ng maayos. Gusto kita maintindihan," he added.

He also told her to be happy and that he loves her.

After reading the letter, AZ sank down to her knees and cried hard. The housemates were quick to comfort her and lend their support with hugs and their words.

"Kala ko nun naka-decide na ko na siguro oras na na tama na muna, pero ngayon na nabasa ko ulit 'to kuya, parang kinukuwestyon ko po 'yung desisyon ko. Mahal ko din po siya kuya," she told Big Brother in the confession room.

The Kapuso actress previously told her fellow housemates that she and Larkin broke up before she entered Bahay ni Kuya.

Aside from the letter, AZ received a necklace from Larkin as one of the packages delivered by house guest Donny Pangilinan inside the house.
