MANILA, Philippines — Anne Barretto, chief executive officer of aesthetic clinic Hey Pretty, believes that every business owner should treat their employees as family members for entrepreneurial ventures to become successful.
In an interview with Philstar.com, Anne gave tips to fellow business owners on how to properly take care of their employees especially this Christmas season.
Anne shared she doesn't consider her own employees merely as staff, ensuring they truly feel a part of her company
"Pag bumagsak ito, lahat tayo babagsak. Pag ito umangat, lahat tayo aangat," she said.
She also advised other business owners to love their own employees.
