The highly anticipated Asian premiere of the critically acclaimed Tony Award-winning musical, "Dear Evan Hansen" is off to an impressive start—even before its curtain rises.

Originally scheduled for a limited three-week engagement from September 4 to 21, 2025, the production will now run until September 28 at The Theatre at Solaire, following overwhelming demand during the pre-sale period.

First seen on Broadway in 2016, "Dear Evan Hansen" is widely regarded as one of the most emotionally resonant musicals of the past decade.

Highlighting themes of identity, mental health, and belonging, "Dear Evan Hansen" follows the story of a socially anxious high schooler whose private letter becomes public—and changes everything.

The Manila production is directed by Adam Penford, with a stellar creative team featuring Morgan Large on set and costume design, Carrie-Anne Ingrouille on choreography, and Matt Daw on lighting design.
