House on work from home mode by noon Sept. 10 due to ‘habagat’

MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives will shift to a work-from-home mode by noon of Thursday, September 10, due to the heavy rains and possible floods caused by the southwest monsoon or “habagat.” In an advisory released Thursday morning, House Secretary General Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil said that the House adopts the work-from-home scheme in accordance with
