Kapuso director Zig Dulay has received The Outstanding Young Men 2024 award!

In JP Soriano’s video on X (formerly Twitter), the multi-awarded director can be seen receiving his medal and trophy during the award ceremony Thursday.

He was honored the TOYM 2024 award under the category Arts and Culture (TV/Film).

It was last December when GMA Pictures announced that Dulay was among the TOYM 2024 awardees.

Dulay is known for his award-winning film “Firefly” and GMA series “Maria Clara at Ibarra.”

He is also the director behind the Metro Manila Film Festival 2024 (MMFF) entry “Green Bones,” starring Dennis Trillo and Ruru Madrid, which reaped numerous awards at the MMFF including Best Picture.

Aside from Dulay, other TOYM 2024 awardees include Pia Wurtzbach, Pia Ranada, Brent Andrew Viray, Dennis Umali, Jose Gabriel Mejia, Rascinto Ian Lumbres, Billie Dumaliang, and Jenica Dizon-Mountford.

Congratulations, Direk Zig!
