Leviste insists he’s no liar; Ridon says transcripts don’t lie

MANILA, Philippines — It seems that the verbal spat between Batangas Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste and Bicol Saro party-list Rep. Terry Ridon would not end soon, as Leviste insisted that he did not lie when he said that Ridon’s side made insertions in the 2025 budget. Leviste in an online press briefing on Friday explained that
