Reward offered to find last missing passenger in Tarlac bridge collapse

TARLAC CITY – Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap has offered a P100,000 reward for information that could help authorities locate the last missing passenger of the SUV that plunged into the river as a section of the Agana Bridge collapsed on August 29. Search and rescue teams have yet to find Paul Harvey Collado, the
