Vlogger, actress and entrepreneur Kristel Fulgar is engaged to her Korean boyfriend Ha Su-hyuk.
In a vlog shared on her official Facebook account, Su-hyuk enlisted the help of Kristel's friends to do a surprise proposal for her.
They pulled off the surprise and Kristel happily accepted the proposal.
