LEGAZPI CITY — Thin ashfall from Mayon Volcano affected several villages in Bacacay, Albay, on Friday (July 10). Mayor Daniel Jose “Nookie” Bombales said residents observed the ashfall in the afternoon amid strong winds and rains brought by the enhanced southwest monsoon and Typhoon Inday. The local government and police distributed face masks to residents
