1. Mr. Hat Gulaman Holiday Lychee Crème Brûlée

A no-bake twist on the classic custard, featuring the sweet taste of lychee.
Ingredients:
Lychee Jelly Brûlée
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Lychee flavor
3 cups water
1 can condensed milk
2-3 tbsp. sugar for toppings (for the Brûlée part)
Procedure:
- Pour the water into a saucepan. Add the Mr. Hat Gulaman Lychee flavor powder.
- Stir well until combined. Add the condensed milk and continue stirring until fully mixed.
- Place the mixture over low heat and allow it to come to a slight simmer.
- Once simmering, turn off the stove and pour the mixture into individual ramekins or serving cups.
- Let the jelly cool for about one hour before placing them in the refrigerator. Chill for four to five hours until set.
- To Brûlée: When ready to serve, remove the jellies from the refrigerator. Gently pat the top surface dry with a kitchen towel to remove any moisture.
- Evenly sprinkle the sugar over the surface of the jelly. Using a blow torch, toast the sugar until it caramelizes and forms a hard crust. Do not torch for a long time to prevent a bitter taste.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
2. Sparkling Fruity Jelly Drink

A refreshing, festive drink that uses jelly cubes as creative "ice."
Ingredients:
Fruit Jelly Ice
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored White
3 cups water
10 pcs. strawberry slices
10 pcs. orange slices
1 tsp. sugar
Sparkling Drink
Frozen strawberries
Orange slices
1 basil leaf
1 jigger grenadine syrup
Fruit Jelly Ice
1 cup sparkling water
Procedure:
To make the Fruit Jelly Ice:
- Pour the water into a saucepan. Add the Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored White and sugar. Stir well and bring to a slight simmer.
- Set aside for about 15 to 20 minutes to cool slightly.
- In each cavity of an ice tray, add the fruit slices. Carefully pour the jelly mixture on top of the fruit.
- Place the ice tray in the freezer overnight until completely frozen.
To assemble the drink:
- In a serving glass, add two to three pieces of frozen strawberries, orange slices and the basil leaf.
- Gently mash the fruits using a muddler to release the flavors. Pour in the grenadine syrup.
- Add the Fruit Jelly Ice cubes to the glass.
- Top with the sparkling water. Stir well. Garnish with an orange slice.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
3. Mr. Hat Gulaman Coffee Jelly

A simple, sophisticated coffee dessert layered with a light, creamy sauce.
Ingredients:
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored White
4 tbsp coffee powder
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup sugar (plus 2 tbsp. for cream)
4 cups of water
Procedure:
- In a saucepan, dissolve 1 sachet of Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored White, coffee powder, and ¼ cup sugar in the water.
- Stir until mixture boils.
- Transfer the liquid to a container and refrigerate for four hours until fully set. Slice the jelly into cubes, then set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar until the mixture is thick but still pourable.
- Gently fold the jelly cubes into the sweetened cream mixture.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
4. Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pan-Handaan

A festive, three-layered Filipino dessert great for sharing.
Ingredients:
First layer
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan flavor
3 cups water
¼ cup sugar
Second layer
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan flavor
2 cups water
1 cup all-purpose cream
¾ cup condensed milk
Third layer
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored White
3 cups water
¾ cup condensed milk
Procedure:
First layer (Pandan Jelly base)
- In a pot, pour the water. Add the Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan flavor and sugar. Stir well until dissolved. Allow it to come to a slight simmer.
- Transfer the mixture to your molder or serving dish. Chill in the refrigerator for two hours until set.
Second layer (Creamy Pandan)
- Pour the water into a clean pot. Add the Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan flavor and stir well.
- Add the all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Keep stirring constantly while heating. Allow it to come to a slight simmer.
- Carefully pour the mixture over the solidified buko pandan jelly base to form the second layer. Chill in the refrigerator for about three hours.
Third layer (White Cream)
- Add the water to a pot. Add the Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored White and stir well until the powder is dissolved.
- Add the condensed milk and continue stirring. Place on the stove until it comes to a slight simmer.
- Carefully transfer the mixture over the second layer. Allow it to cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator to chill for five hours.
- To serve, once fully set, remove the molder from the refrigerator. Flip it onto a serving plate and enjoy.
